Preventative Maintenance Saves You Money

Our team will take photos, file a detailed report, and then create a proposal for all major and minor repairs, so you’re always aware of exactly what to expect.
On-Site Maintenance
We’ll also make small adjustments and provide services like cycle testing and lubrication to your accessibility doors, while we’re evaluating the situation to help avoid any access interruptions.
This process involves cycling the opening, making adjustments as needed, lubricating the mechanisms if required, a complete diagnostics checklist, and then taking photographs of all major and minor issues that need to be addressed.
Once We Leave the Site
First thing we’ll do once we get back from the site is provide you with a detailed report of everything that we discovered during our site visit, including the photos that we took.
After you’ve seen the issues that we believe need to be addressed, we’ll provide you with a proposal for the repair of the issues, as well as a potential timeline for completion; depending on what parts (if any) need to be ordered for the repairs.
